PRICING
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
DESIGN
Item designs are subject to change without notice.
CATALOG AND INTERNET CONTENT
We believe the contents and specifications of our catalog and website are correct. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without further notice and without further obligation. The reproduction of any material from our catalog or website is forbidden without our written approval.
MINIMUM ORDERS
No minimum required.
DELIVERY
Orders received by 3 p.m. C.S.T. are normally shipped the same day.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless requested otherwise; 1-day air, 2-day air, 3-day air and Saturday delivery available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments must be prepaid; a $10.00 per order export documentation preparation fee will be charged. There is an additional bank charge for wire transfer of funds.
CHARGE CARD PAYMENT
Card must be in the name of the person placing the order. The ship to address must be the same as the billing address used with the card. We cannot ship to a different address. Customer’s phone number will also be verified with directory assistance. Visa, MasterCard & Discover accepted.
COD SHIPMENTS
We no longer allow COD Shipments.
PREPAYMENT
All certified checks and money orders must include shipping costs. Call in advance for these costs. No personal checks accepted.
DAMAGED PACKAGE
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or
shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier.
RETURNS
Prior consent required and all returns require a return authorization (RA) number or shipment will be refused. Mark the RA number prominently on the outside of the package and send postpaid. Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase and are subject to a $10.00 handling/restocking charge for orders under $70.00 and 15% for orders over $70.00.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ELECTRONICS.
LIMITED WARRANTIES/LIABILITIES:
Pingel Enterprise, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or injury of any kind arising out of the use or misuse of any products. Pingel Enterprise, Inc.’s sole responsibilities with respect to products sold are to provide the following limited warranty:
Pingel Products:
Pingel Enterprise, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from date of purchase. Pingel Enterprise, Inc’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective when returned postpaid to the factory. The product must be returned with evidence of date and place of purchase, and detailed description of the problem. The warranty will not apply if the product has been installed incorrectly, repaired, or damaged by modification, misuse, negligence or accident. The repair or replacement of such part, as needed, is your sole and exclusive remedy. No refunds will be given. Pingel Enterprise, Inc. makes no other warranty, expressed or implied with respect to its products and specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness of any product for a particular purpose and except as herewith stated assumes no liability with respect to the product.
All Other Products:
We make no warranty whatsoever with respect to accessories or parts not manufactured by Pingel Enterprise, Inc. Manufacturers supply their own warranties and guarantees and most do not permit a distributor to make any adjustments, replace any part or accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item. Follow the instructions when provided by the manufacturer. Any damage arising from design or manufacturing of any item is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Dispute Resolution:
All disputes, claims or controversies of any kind that may arise between you and Pingel Enterprise, Inc. shall be brought in the state court located in Adams County, Wisconsin. You agree that the sole venue and jurisdiction for such disputes shall be the above named court and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of that court.
